• 19:30 – Teams start forming and discussing ideas
• 20:00 – Start to formalize teams and take an inventory of skills. Be honest, and direct about what resources and skills are needed for the team. Continue elsewhere.

Thursday, 17 November:

• 8:30 – Arrive, simple breakfast & coffee
• 9:00 – Teams formed and setting up workspace
• 12:30 – Eyal Gura – Co-Founder of Picapp and Picscount (Both Acquired) - Entrepreneur Warstory
• 13:00 – Lunch
• 14:00 – Call for needs & skills
• 14:30 – Mentors help teams one-on-one. They are here to help!
• 17:30 – Ami Gal – Partner at Granot Ventures – How to raise money for your startup?
• 18:30 – Dinner
• 19:30 – Mid event check-in, status reports, call for help
• 21:00 – Startup Weekend Haifa are invited to join the Beer Tech event taking place at Pola Bar: Ron Gura, Founder of The Gifts Project will be in attendance.
• 22:00 – Finished for the day. Continue elsewhere

Friday, 18 November:

• 9:00 – Call for help (this is self motivated, so don’t be shy)
• 12:00 – Lunch
• 13:00 – FINAL PRESENTATIONS
